Purpose

In this course participants will learn what makes a great team, the qualities of an efficient team and how emotional skills can come to serve team members in achieving its objectives. Team members get to interact with each other through a series of carefully selected exercises that will introduce them to issues which may arise when working with other team members.

Objective

By the end of this course you will be able to: Interact with other team members using emotional skills and bond with them to maximise efficiency and output.
