The goal of coaching is to enable managers/leaders to get to the place where their staff will do things for them they may not necessarily do for the organization. Its all about trust and relationship.

Coaching is based on the needs or requested focus of the individual being coached.


The process involves two one hour coaching sessions each month with the flexibility to accommodate your schedule. All sessions are private and confidential. Reports on the overall process and topics addressed may be provided to the organization requesting coaching but not specifics of discussions that take place during coaching sessions.

The basis for coaching is determined by pre-selected topics or personal assessments. There is no contract and the process can be ended anytime the coachee feels they have received the tools or help they need. It is recommended to engage in the process for a minimum of six months for maximum benefit.
